This Client Engagement Analyst role resides within Acadia's Client Engagement team. The focus of the role is to assist newly signed clients with onboarding onto Acadia applications and to work with current clients to expand their usage of our applications. The right candidate will be knowledgeable about margin messaging, understand different the collateral workflow and able to apply this knowledge to assist clients in using our technology. Responsibilities will include working within a team to provide customers a postive experience, responding to inquiries, and leading projects to assist clients in becoming independent users of our software! Our group takes on clients as they leave the sale cycle, requiring that we are in sync with the sales team and ready to lead the project by providing kickoff calls, product demos, and setting up the client in our proprietary system. Set up will include updating and creating agreements in the system, establishing client realms, and working with the support team to create users for specific roles. We use specific software to track our progress and the candidate will be responsible for providing clear updates and up to date tracking. This role will give the right person the opportunity to grow and learn in the areas of client communication, responsiveness and working with in a team structure!
