SUMMARY Develop, implement, enhance, document, and support the organization's most complex, multifaceted software applications, critical to the day-to-day functions of the bank. This position is responsible for serving as the primary contact between the vendor and business unit and will report to various levels of management across multiple divisions of the organization on the status of the systems, including any outstanding issues and successes. Primary system responsibilities include Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) and. Enterprise Data Management (EDM). Must possess strong problem-solving skills and possess skill mastery and aptitude to easily take on new applications outside of area of expertise. Must have the ability to provide oversight and guidance to the System Administration team on applications they support. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries of complaints of customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and sit.
