As an Analyst in the Investment Banking group at Stout, you'll be a key member of multiple deal teams advising corporate and financial sponsor clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, and special situations transactions across a broad range of industries. Our lean deal teams mean that you'll assume a high level of responsibility from the get-go and quickly build foundational finance, communication, marketing, and client facing skills that will benefit you for the rest of your career. We'll partner with you to advance your career goals and support you through formal training programs, mentorship programs, and on-the-job training you'll receive directly from all members of the team (both junior and senior bankers). The range for this role considers several factors including but not limited to prior work and industry experience, education level, and unique skills. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000 - $105,000 Annual. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
