Description and Requirements

Position Description:

As the NA Project Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to the NA IDG Commercial Marketing team, acting as the primary connector of people, platforms, and processes across all Segment Field Marketing teams. You'll architect and maintain seamless workflows by managing timelines, ensuring cross-team alignment, and driving execution across complex campaigns and events. This role demands a balance of tactical project execution and proactive problem-solving to ensure that all marketing initiatives are completed efficiently, on time, and with maximum impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactive liaison between all assigned segment and project team members to ensure the whole team is moving forward on the same page and that the details of projects are accounted for.
  • Develop project timelines and ensure all team members are aware of and have agreed to those schedules.
  • Coordinate internal reviews to facilitate approvals for key deliverables
  • Maintain and archive detailed records of the life of a project and share information with core team proactively, including meeting/call notes following all internal reviews.
  • Lead the creation, structure, and ongoing optimization of campaign and event workflows within Monday.com, ensuring consistency, visibility, and ease of use across teams.
  • Attend and actively participate in all necessary daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly status and workload review meetings.
  • Compile materials for kickoff and midpoint meetings and assists teams with materials for internal reviews and presentations.
  • Communicate assignments to the appropriate people and follow through to make sure work is being done in a timely manner.
  • Monitor progress of multiple projects to ensure adherence to schedules by checking with all team members for problems that may arise; alert the appropriate individuals when there may be obstacles to getting the work completed.
  • Act as the go-to expert for board structure, automations, and best practices in project management tools, offering support and training to all IDG segment marketing managers.
  • Maintain project statistics and forecast project resources as directed by management.
  • Ensure efficient flow of activities on assigned campaigns and projects.
  • Partner with leadership to continuously improve campaign/event management processes and propose scalable solutions that increase team efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-3 years of experience in project/program management, account management, or campaign management
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (preferably Monday.com), marketing automation tools, and collaborative planning across sales and marketing teams
  • Experience supporting both internal stakeholders and external-facing events, including high-touch executive engagements
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor peers on process best practices and tool adoption
The base salary range budgeted for this position is $84,000 - $110,000 Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo's various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
