What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a basic understanding of hand and power tools, and is eager to learn the ins and outs of CNC machining. You should be able to follow detailed instructions, think critically, and pay close attention to accuracy and safety. A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential. While previous experience in machining or manufacturing is a plus, it's not required-we're ready to train the right candidate who's motivated to grow.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support CNC setup and operations
• Read blueprints and follow technical instructions
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and precision
• Keep workstations clean and organized
• Work with supervisors and teammates to hit production goals
