The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:

The Sr Manager, Growth & Loyalty (digital) is a dynamic role charged with driving awareness, cross-platform engagement, database growth & optimization, digital brand building and revenue growth across the Justrite Safety Group family of brands. This role requires thought leadership, influence, and a hands-on approach to team leadership and business unit partnership. This role reports into the VP, Ecommerce and will work closely with the VP, Corporate Marketing.

In this role, you will report directly to the VP, Ecommerce, setting the stage for your career to soar! This role is your gateway to opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow within the organization in 3-5 years as you make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals.

We combine expertise in digital merchandising, user experience, online marketing, and data-driven decision-making to ensure our extensive safety product portfolio is easily accessible and presented with clarity. From optimizing product listings and managing multiple online channels to innovating site functionality and improving order fulfillment processes, we work collaboratively across departments to enhance every stage of the customer journey. Our focus is on driving growth, improving efficiency, and upholding Justrite's commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in the digital marketplace.

What You'll Do at Justrite:



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy focused on creating scalable customer awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention and loyalty across social media, database, web, and partners.


  • Drive compelling & high-performing paid and organic social media programs through creation of strategy, social playbooks, tracking mechanisms and partnerships with business unit marketing managers.


  • Grow social communities focused on safety & compliance that deliver value to the user and improve brand affinity.


  • Spearhead best-in-class strategies that drive database strategy & growth, create a pipeline of MQLs and SQLs, and set a solid first-party data foundation.


  • Maximize database effectiveness through lead segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies to improve email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.


  • Leverage marketing automation & CRM strategies to generate brand stickiness and loyalty that creates higher lifetime customer value.


  • Create and own an Influencer & Affiliate Program that delivers brand awareness, product value story dissemination, and meaningful ROI through conversions on owned and partner (Amazon) properties.


  • Utilize data analytics and insights to continuously track performance, inform strategic decisions, and uncover new growth opportunities through scorecards, dashboards and ad hoc reporting.


  • Partner with the VP, Corporate Marketing to activate brand building campaigns and initiatives across digital platforms- ability to translate brands effectively into the digital space across social, web, email and influencer.


  • Drive quality keyword authority that generates high quality traffic through optimizing SEO & SEM programs across websites- set a strategy that improves standing and reduces competition within the company.


  • Partner with channel marketing, product managers, marketing managers, and E commerce team members to create programs, promotions, and campaigns that result in owned property sales.
  • Lead, coach, consult and develop business unit marketing managers to create impactful digital programs across web, social, and email to deliver results aligned to business goals.


Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:



  • 7-10+ years of experience as a leader in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce, digital brand building, and customer acquisition & loyalty


  • 5+ years of experience creating, implementing and running large scale campaigns


  • Database management experience with an enterprise level marketing automation platform (ex Hubspot, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, etc.)


  • Demonstrated social media growth for a national or global B2B brand
  • Experience building and owning influencer and affiliate programs in an ecommerce capacity


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:



  • Understanding of and experience in implementing tracking & tagging mechanisms across digital platforms

Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
