We're seeking an experienced full time Maintenance Technician to join our team at several of our housing communities in Madison, WI-someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and delivering top-notch service.

What You'll Do


  • Performing repairs and preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and more
  • Preparing units for move-in with precision and attention to detail
  • Conducting daily property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal
  • Managing seasonal upkeep such as snow removal or landscaping
  • Responding to emergency calls and resolving issues promptly
  • Coordinating with vendors and maintaining supply inventory
  • Providing exceptional service to residents and working collaboratively with your team


What We're Looking For


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance, building trades, or property management (more is even better)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
  • EPA Type II or Universal HVAC certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
  • Proficiency with mobile maintenance technology and basic computer skills
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
