Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our B2B e-commerce platform. This highly visible role will be responsible for shaping the future of our online sales channel through cross-functional leadership, customer experience optimization, and digital innovation. You will own the e-commerce strategy end-to-end, working closely with teams across marketing, sales, technology, operations, and customer service to enhance engagement, improve conversion rates, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Reporting directly to the General Manager - Consumables, this individual will serve as the strategic driver behind digital channel success and play a critical role in the digital transformation of our business.

Essential Functions

  • Lead and execute the overall e-commerce strategy, ensuring platform scalability, performance, and long-term growth.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment with marketing, IT, product, and supply chain teams to deliver seamless and consistent customer experience.

  • Develop and lead the future-state roadmap for ERP and customer portal integrations to enable operational efficiency and personalized user experiences.

  • Champion continuous UX and customer journey improvements through A/B testing, data analysis, and user feedback to increase conversion rates and reduce friction.

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts across SEO, SEM, email, and retargeting campaigns in coordination with internal teams.

  • Collaborate on assortment planning, pricing, and promotions to align with business goals and customer needs.

  • Partner with demand planning and logistics to ensure accurate inventory levels, timely fulfillment, and post-purchase satisfaction.

  • Analyze key KPIs such as traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC, CLTV, and ROAS, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Oversee and optimize platform integrations including payment systems, CRM, analytics, and third-party tools.

  • Develop and deliver regular performance reports and strategic updates to executive leadership.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing B2B or B2C e-commerce platforms and digital growth strategies.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven experience leading e-commerce operations with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive alignment across departments.

  • Deep understanding of digital customer experience design, e-commerce UX, funnel optimization, and A/B testing best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Magento (preferred), Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce.

  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, and other digital marketing tools.

  • Strong command of SEO/SEM, lifecycle marketing, and digital media strategies.

  • Highly organized self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
