Title: Junior Project & Architecture Analyst
Location: Clayton, MO

Salary: $76,400 - $95,000
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week

Focus: The Junior Project & Architecture Analyst role combines strategic IT project management with enterprise architecture analysis to drive successful project delivery and data-informed decision-making. The position is responsible for managing and overseeing IT projects within the IT Strategy and Portfolio Management (ITSP) team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals through effective risk management, resource coordination, financial tracking, and stakeholder engagement. Simultaneously, the role leverages technical expertise in enterprise architecture platforms-such as SAP LeanIX-data integration, automation, and business intelligence to transform complex data into actionable insights, enabling process optimization and seamless system integration across the IT portfolio.

Junior Project & Architecture Analyst Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead delivery of IT projects, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards
  • Configure and maintain enterprise architecture models in SAP LeanIX to support project planning, portfolio analysis, and system design decisions
  • Develop and manage detailed project documentation, including estimates, resource plans, and risk assessments, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations in LeanIX and Power BI to provide leadership with actionable, real-time insights on project and system performance
  • Monitor and control project milestones, budgets, and risks to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery while maintaining data integrity and architectural alignment
  • Lead and execute data migrations into LeanIX, coordinating with stakeholders to maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency across platforms
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project management practices and architecture governance, enhancing value delivery across the IT portfolio
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance through structured governance practices, including validation of workflows, cleanup of inconsistencies, and scalable data models

Junior Project & Architecture Analyst Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree* in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-year related work experience; prior experience with IT project management preferred
  • Proficiency in managing IT Software and Infrastructure projects; PMP (project Management Professional) or similar certification preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP LeanIX, including configuration of architecture models, KPIs, and workflow automation
  • Experience delivering data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI and MS Excel
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or other PPM platforms
  • Prior Olin experience preferred
