At Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, we are working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau. Our Project Integration department is seeking a dynamic Manager to provide day-to-day direction to Project Integration staff within the Business Services organization.

This Manager position reports directly to the Manager of Project Integration and oversees a department of exempt employees. The team is responsible for a diverse range of functions, which may include, but are not limited to:

* Project Reporting: Overseeing the development and dissemination of comprehensive project reports to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
* Project Controls Process Improvements and Training: Leading initiatives to enhance project controls processes and providing training to ensure best practices are followed.
* Funds Management: Managing financial resources effectively to ensure alignment with project goals and compliance with budgetary constraints.
* Baseline Change Control: Administering baseline change control processes to maintain project integrity and accommodate necessary adjustments.

Additional responsibilities include the following:

* Providing support for what-if scenarios, as needed.
* Collaborating with project managers, Field Project Controls staff and DOE-HFO
* Providing direction and assessing the performance of assigned employees to include establishment of job expectations and evaluations
* Ensuring cross training and development of skills/capabilities among staff.
* Mentoring employees to support professional and career development
* Providing review of deliverables developed by group for completeness, quality, and timeliness


Basic Qualifications


* Manager Grade 21 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 10 years of relevant experience.

* Manager Grade 22 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 12 years of relevant experience.

The higher posted level has a greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.


Desired Qualifications


* Experience managing or supporting PMB establishment and maintenance.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives, meet emerging needs, and build effective teams.
* Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Excel (lookup and pivot table experience).
* Advanced level understanding of Cobra, Primavera P6, Acumen, and Earned Value Management.
* Certification in Earned Value Management and/or Project Management.


Compensation & Benefits


In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.

Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):

* Grade 21: $123,500 - $197,650.

* Grade 22: $134,200 - $234,850.

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
