Business Process Owner - North America \| Aebi Schmidt Group \| Remote Regular Employee \| Salary Exempt As the Business Process Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and deploying standardized purchasing and warehouse processes all North American facilities. You'll be essential to advancing our OneERP initiative and establishing the blueprint for our North American operations throughout our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation. What You'll Do Orchestrate the adoption of template business processes within the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution across all Aebi Schmidt facilities in North America Partner with end users at manufacturing sites to educate, optimize, and ensure adherence to best practices Identify and resolve business requirement fit gaps within the scope of the template SAP S/4 solution Spearhead the deployment program for Warehouse Management and material movements Ensure value stream tasks are completed on time. Provide training on warehouse stock movements, production staging, receipt and delivery, and cycle counting Direct the data migration of inventory data objects (e.g., stock balances, bin locations) Assist in all cutover activities and offer full hyper-care support for a seamless and successful go-live Document business processes and work instructions to ensure they are accurate and up to date Note: Travel requirements are variable but expect ~25-35% travel with periods of extended travel during key project periods (testing and cutover/go-live). Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, Business, or a related discipline Five or more (5+) years of expertise in warehouse management, inventory management, material movements, and related supply chain activities Knowledge of performing warehouse operations within an ERP (SAP preferred) Experience participating in one or more ERP or WMS conversion projects required (SAP preferred) What makes you stand out SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience Why Aebi Schmidt?
