Description The IFP Installation team will assist internally with eligibility processing by written correspondence. The Enrollment Processor, Intermediate will report to the Operations Supervisor, Installation & Billing. In this role you will prioritize our correspondence via email and processing inventory reporting, by utilizing BSCA and Covered CA systems to ensure eligibility is accurate to avoid member abrasion. This role is high paced and requires constant production to ensure all department and team goals are met within the strict guidelines Process inventory from reports and emailed correspondence Perform inventory reduction, routine to mid-level Expedite, research, and resolve complex issues Consistently perform established performance metrics including but not limited to quality, and production Resolves incoming correspondence concerning members eligibility Verify eligibility is accurate in our internal systems Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and appropriate responses Reviews and analyzes member eligibility Skills* customer service, customer service oriented, call center customer service, call center experience Top Skills Details customer service, customer service oriented call center customer service, call center experience Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
