Overview: We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support a major transformation initiative focused on replacing our advisor payout system. This long-term project involves multiple teams and workstreams, and this role will be instrumental in supporting the Change Management and Training workstream.
Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the workstream lead and developer to ensure operational readiness for administrative teams. * Create and maintain training materials and documentation tailored to compensation and payroll operations. * Understand operational workflows and anticipate field team questions and needs. * Facilitate internal team coordination and access to training resources. * Support the rollout of the new Verisant advisor compensation system. * Utilize tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel to develop and deliver training content. * Engage with five core admin teams to ensure comprehensive training coverage. Top Skills Required: * 3+ years of corporate experience in project coordination or support roles. * Experience supporting payroll or compensation teams. * Proven ability to create training materials and documentation. * Familiarity with operational team dynamics during system rollouts. Nice to Have: * Experience with Verisant advisor compensation systems. * Experience in compensation operations or change management. * Exposure to Workday or similar HRIS platforms. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
