Field Operations Coordinator (CTC) -"W-TRS" , Fort Johnson/Polk , Louisiana

This is an Exempt Role

Job Overview:

*Provides technical and logistical support to the Site Manager, Field Operations Lead (CTC) and site technicians.

*Supports site-focused facilities, maintenance, logistics and training operations disciplines related to the JRTC.

*Works within the site team to deconflict and align scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance for all applicable devices with the implementation of comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific functional area at the site they are responsible for.

* Works with Site Manager and Field Operations Lead to support surge as needed, including logistical support of major training exercises.

*Responsible and accountable to ensure mission essential items are ordered, stored, tracked, and distributed in support of multiple US Army training organizations, providing business reporting, tracking, and coordination to company management and with supported US Army Training organizations

Required Experience:

*Experience overseeing the receipt of materials, verifying quantities, and entering data into inventory management systems.

* Experience verifying storage facilities comply with safety regulations and any specific storage requirements for certain materials, such as hazardous substances.

* Experience monitoring the progress of tasks assigned during IPT meetings, especially for TDLs/TDPs.

*Experience with tracking shipments, packaging, picking materials in support of training operations, material storage, inventory and inventory reconciliation.

*Experience collecting, summarizing and reporting data from various locations regarding the status of devices or projects.

*Experience working at a remote hub with minimal direct supervision supporting US Army training; willing to work a non-standard work schedule with flexible/extended hours as required; may include periodic travel to other sites in support of other temporary duty assignments

Degree(s)/Years of Experience:

(2 +BA/BS or 1+MA/MS) or (4 +AA) or (6+No Degree).
