Answer questions on products, pricing, and the parameters of doing business with Bradley; point of contact for international customers, distributors, and representatives. Review customer requests for quotes and process orders. Promote the company and products to all external contacts.

You will:

  • Assist international customers with product inquiries, pricing, and lead time questions, and other general inquiries.

  • Provide support to international representative firms, wholesalers, and distributors. Assist with quotes, order processing, freight estimates, expedites and other requests.

  • Review requests for quotes and any related drawings. Work with International Sales Managers, estimating team and/or engineering team on product specifications. Follow standard pricing guidelines.

  • Work with freight forwarders and carriers to obtain freight related costs for quotes when requested.

  • Provide air and ocean freight quotes to customers when requested.

  • Review and/or create documentation required for international orders. Maintain a working knowledge of country specific requirements.

  • Respond to inquiries from the International Website. Refer leads to appropriate manager, representative or distributor. Process requests for literature and samples.

  • Participate in conference calls with international customers and International Sales Managers several times per month.

  • Coordinate on labeling, special packaging and other requirements with manufacturing and shipping.

  • Trace lost merchandise through freight company or freight forwarder, and work with freight coordinator on any lost or damaged products. Assist customers with RMAs and replacement orders.

You have:

  • College Degree or Associate degree in International Business preferred or related equivalent business experience.

  • 1 to 3 years' experience in international sales or customer service required.

  • Must have outstanding international customer relationship skills and a good working knowledge of international document requirements.

  • Experience working with forwarders is required.

  • Foreign Language, preferably Spanish preferred.
