The Implementation Consultant role is responsible for successfully supporting medium/small clients during implementation by helping define application configurations, workflow, and integration with existing host systems. The Implementation Consultant will work closely with the Project Manager to manage project milestones and to drive product delivery. Responsibilities include performing current-state assessments and assisting clients to implement best practice solutions and workflow during all aspects of the FinThrive product implementations as assigned. The individual will be part of multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of customer contractual obligations and is responsible for the successful and timely completion of projects resulting in customer sign off and project acceptance. This role supports high-volume, fast-paced implementation activities
- Assess current state business processes and suggest best-practice solutions using FinThrive technology
- Partner with clients to design, document and deploy application configurations and specifications
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Serve as a liaison with customer development teams to create integration solutions or reports
- Ensure proper deployment of solutions through testing
- Problem solving and analysis of errors based on end-user or quality testing
- Act as a SME in the application, implementation configuration and deployment
- Provide consistent positive experience for all client resources, focusing on client-centric best practices and relationship management.
- Coordinate activities amongst Client Delivery resources to ensure successful product and service implementations, promoting an overall positive client experience.
- Managing multiple customers through the successful implementation of FinThrive Revenue Cycle Technology solutions
- Ensure the successful completion of quality product and solution implementations utilizing strong leadership, project, and resource management skills
- Set and manage customer expectations
- Actively participates in the development and implementation of internal processes and procedures to support FinThrive in solution/service deployment, and customer relationship management.
- Manage the acquisition of required data
- Maintain implementation documentation repository
- Maintain a high level of commitment to superior customer satisfaction through the entire duration of the customer relationship
- 3+ years of industry experience in hospital revenue cycle
- Previous experience in hospital revenue cycle operations or consulting
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong organization, analytical, and problem solving skills, as well as detail oriented
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that required quick turnaround and quality output
- Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of all MS Office products
- Travel if needed, up to 10%
What we would like to see
- Prior experience in implementing and/or supporting healthcare and/or financial software/applications
- Previous experience with various EMRs, i.e. Epic, Meditech, Cerner, etc
