What you'll be doing...
  • Strategic Project Leadership: Lead planning, coordinating, and delivering of Value-level marketing initiatives, such as building the annual strategic roadmap and ensuring alignment across teams.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Assembling and aligning teams from across the marketing organization to deliver on key programs, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and timelines.

  • Accountability & Execution: Holding stakeholders accountable to deadlines and deliverables, proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track.

  • Integration with Value Marketing: Managing and mentoring the Chief of Staff, ensuring seamless coordination of Value Marketing priorities, leadership meetings, and communications.

  • Executive Reporting: Developing clear, concise updates and presentations for senior leadership, tracking progress against key milestones.

  • Special Initiatives: Overseeing unique, high-impact projects that require bespoke research, opportunity assessment, or coordination across multiple brands (e.g., multi-brand sponsorships).

Where you'll be working...

Ability to adhere to a hybrid schedule in office that includes assigned office days (VVO in office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

What we're looking for...

We are seeking an exceptional leader to serve as the Associate Director of Strategic Projects, driving high-priority initiatives across our marketing organization. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing Value, you will operate as a force multiplier-ensuring the organization is aligned, focused, and delivering against our most important strategic priorities.

In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects that span our multi-brand marketing portfolio, including the development of our strategic roadmap, coordination of mission-critical deliverables, and orchestration of large-scale initiatives that cut across the Brand Marketing Pods and the Marketing Functions. You will serve as the connective tissue between teams-removing roadblocks, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring accountability to timelines.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with flawless execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings both business acumen and operational discipline to every challenge.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Experience in strategic planning, project management, or a related function, or experience in a consulting role at a top-tier consulting group.

  • Willingness to travel, up to approximately 25%.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in basic modeling and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Effectively analyze and synthesize extensive data and research to extract key conclusions and craft executive-level narratives.

  • Familiarity with key business KPIs and marketing metrics.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects on time and within scope.

  • High bias for action with a proven track record of driving results in fast-paced environments.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience guiding groups to ensure alignment and progress.

  • Experience enabling high-performing teams.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow through.

Depending on the role, employees have the opportunity to receive compensation in the form of premium pay such as overtime, shift differential, holiday pay, allowances, etc. Newly hired employees receive up to 15 days of vacation per year, which grows with additional service. For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $113,500.00 - $198,000.00.
