Join Gallo as an Account Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in fostering profitable share growth within our Customer Accounts. Your mission will be to develop and nurture key customer relationships that support Gallo products while expanding our existing portfolio and driving strategic initiatives for the total wine and spirits category. In this role, you will inspire and collaborate with both wholesalers and the Gallo Distributor Management team to execute chain priorities and programs effectively. Your fieldwork will involve conducting market visits, evaluating opportunities, and driving execution across all Customer Development accounts in your region. You will champion the best practices, set revenue and profit growth objectives, and motivate others to continuously improve across various performance standards. Partnering with Category Management, you will analyze market data to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans that drive engagement and growth. Your ability to present compelling cases will secure the distribution of new items, and you will work cross-functionally across customer organizations to optimize Gallo's presence in both brick & mortar and digital spaces. Your role will also involve ensuring open communication channels internally and externally, collaborating with Distributor Management to meet sales objectives, and maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will support organizational succession development, engage in strategic planning, forecast business results, and drive innovation and entrepreneurial thinking. As a Gallo Ambassador, you will advocate for our brands, hosting events and leveraging digital marketing tools to promote Gallo within the community.
