Are you ready to kickstart your career with Staffmark? We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Machine Operator Trainer in Joliet, IL.

Schedule: 7am - 3pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $24/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Deliver on-the-job, classroom, and system training (Nulogy, Red Prairie, DBF) for associates, leads, and equipment operators.
  • Conduct production, facility, and safety audits; assist in safety training and report concerns to the Safety Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop SOPs, maintain training/safety documentation, and update content based on feedback.
  • Provide administrative support and assist production supervisors and floor operations as needed.




Requirements:



  • Must have two years of related experience
  • Experience within co-pack facility
  • Flexibility to work alternate shifts and weekends as needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with all cross-functional team
