Staffmark has partnered with a leading company in Northfield, MN, and is seeking a Production Laminator Operator to join their team. Schedule: 10:30pm - 6:30am, Sunday - Thursday \| Pay: $22.40/hr. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor laminator machines for production runs Inspect materials and finished products to meet quality standards Perform minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot production issues Handle materials safely, including loading/unloading heavy rolls or sheets Maintain accurate production records and reports Follow all safety procedures and quality protocols Collaborate with production team and supervisors to meet daily goals Qualified candidates will have manufacturing or production experience; 6 months of forklift experience.
