Position Title: Production
Wage: $19.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00AM - 2:30PM (Monday - Friday) Join a company in Lake Mills, IA with a proud legacy of integrity, perseverance, and innovation spanning more than two decades. Production Responsibilities: - Inspect cabinet parts to ensure quality of product and notifying lead of unacceptable quality - Operate and maintain machinery by following specific direction as given by cut/bore/shape lead - Ready parts based on instructions on production paperwork - Utilize production log to ensure proper order sequence - Operate and maintain spray guns, booths, and pumps by following specific direction as given - Complete rework/remake tickets - Operate forklift (after training by the client) - Assist with shipping and receiving Requirements for Production: - Able to lift up to 50lbs throughout an 8 to 12 hour shift - Prolonged standing for 8hr - 12hr shifts - Repetitive bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, twisting throughout 8 to 12 hour shifts - Able to read a tape measure - Able to do basic math and matching - Computer skills are a plus - High School Diploma or GED preferred QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
