We are seeking an experienced Integration Support Lead to support our upcoming HHS program, focusing on process improvement, IT automation, and increasing efficiencies between program offices. This role is critical to aligning all technology programs and services across ACF Tech into a cohesive, customer-focused ecosystem.

The Integration Support Lead will serve as the primary driver of cross-functional collaboration, championing enterprise-wide solutions and fostering a culture of trust between program offices. The successful candidate will be accountable for improving customer engagement, reducing "shadow IT," and leveraging data to make evidence-based decisions that enhance service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align technology programs and services across HHS to create a unified, customer-centric environment.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from inception through implementation.
  • Foster collaboration and trust between program offices, ensuring transparency and alignment of goals.
  • Identify, develop, and promote enterprise-wide solutions to reduce redundancy and increase efficiency.
  • Improve customer engagement through active relationship management and communication strategies.
  • Monitor and reduce "shadow IT" by promoting approved enterprise solutions.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and optimize service delivery.
  • Apply both agile and traditional project management methodologies to achieve objectives.



Required Qualifications

  • Active Federal Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years in similar role
  • Proven experience in project or program management, including agile and traditional methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of improving organizational collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Experience developing and promoting enterprise-wide IT solutions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, metrics review, and generating actionable insights.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within federal agencies, particularly HHS or related organizations.
  • Background in IT governance, process improvement, or technology integration initiatives.
  • PMP, SAFe, or other relevant project management certifications.
