This dynamic hybrid role puts you at the front lines of our business, blending your driving expertise with your passion for customer service.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Build Relationships: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, whether they walk through the door or call on the phone. You'll use your expert knowledge to understand their unique needs and guide them to the right products.

  • Drive Growth: This isn't just about taking orders. You'll actively engage in inside sales, helping customers assess their needs, providing quotes, and using your problem-solving skills to find the perfect solution.

  • Ensure a Smooth Operation: You'll be the one who keeps the store running smoothly. From organizing merchandise on the shelves to processing sales in our system, your attention to detail will ensure every customer experience is efficient and positive.

  • Be a Reliable Backup: Your Class B CDL is key to this role. When a regular driver is out, you'll step in to safely and reliably deliver essential gases and welding products to our clients. You'll be a critical part of our delivery network.

What we're looking for:

  • A Class A or B CDL with a hazmat endorsement (or the willingness to get one after being hired).

  • A minimum of one year of professional DOT/CDL driving experience.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive attitude.

  • The ability to lift and move objects up to 60 lbs.

  • Familiarity with sales platforms or the ability to quickly learn new systems like SAP.

  • Pay starts at $24 an hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturdays on call.

  • Must be 21 years of age.
