Job Description

** We're seeking a Farm Property Field Adjuster to join our team! This field-based role covers the North Central Kansas and South-Central Nebraska territory. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of property claims experience, with farm barn claims experience considered a strong plus. You'll handle a mix of Homeowner and Farm claims, with a claim volume that shifts seasonally. If you're ready to plants your roots with a stable organization, apply today! **

* Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers

* Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices

* Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files

* Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training

* Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on complex 1st party homeowner losses of all severities

* 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

* This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is:

Field Property Adjuster Cons II: $50,700- $78,570

Field Property Adjuster Sr Cons I & II: $61,000 - $93,570

Annually and is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable for the role.
