Record Retention Administrator

Reporting To:

Manager, Gbl Trade Compl Audit

Work Schedule:

Onsite - Buffalo, NY

Moog's Corporate Group is hiring a Record Retention Administrator.

You will have an onsite work schedule at our East Aurora, NY site.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

  • Lift and store boxes full of paper (30-35 lbs.), sometimes on overhead racks.

  • Valid and clean driver's license to operate Moog vehicle.

  • Current or ability to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Record Retention

    • Coordinate the deposit of records (i.e. banker boxes) - Pick up from site locations, review documentation for accuracy and completeness and file within the Record Retention storage area.

    • Coordinate retrieval of records

      • In person record viewing

      • Complete box retrieval / delivery or

      • Retrieval and scan of individual document

    • Provide guidance to Moog personnel on process and procedures.

    • Establish/maintain proper storage for records inside retention (i.e. keep an updated list of locations of records, put records where they can be found easily).

    • General up-keep and maintenance of the record retention storage area.

  • Mail

    • Retrieve U.S. Postal Service (USPS) mail and parcels from both MOOG P.O. Boxes in Elma N.Y. and East Aurora N.Y. daily.

    • Sort and Deliver USPS mail/parcels daily to East Aurora/Elma MOOG campus.

    • Collect and distribute MOOG Interdepartmental Envelopes.

    • Collect and apply postage to all MOOG outgoing mail/parcels.

  • Other

    • Occasionally assist in pick-up/delivery of various items to off-site Moog conferences or other events.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $23.00-$28.00 Hourly

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
