FlexStaff is seeking a Regional Director for one of our clients, a multi-service home care organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced Registered Nurse to step into a leadership role, with no prior managerial experience required!
Qualifications:
* Must be a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
* Extensive experience in home care is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all clinical activities related to home care services within the community.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in patient care.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to support and enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1. Leadership and Management:
o Direct and manage clinical operations and staff, including nurses, therapists, and aides.
o Recruit, train, and evaluate clinical staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
2. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
o Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards.
o Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
3. Patient Care Oversight:
o Supervise patient assessments and care planning to meet individual patient needs.
o Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
o Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
o Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care strategies.
5. Budgeting and Resource Management:
o Assist in the development and management of the clinical budget, including staffing and resource allocation.
o Ensure that care is delivered efficiently, within budgetary constraints.
6. Training and Education:
o Provide ongoing education and training for staff on best practices and new healthcare protocols.
o Stay updated on trends and changes in home care practices and regulations.
7. Crisis Management:
o Respond to clinical emergencies and provide guidance on patient care issues.
o Implement policies for managing critical incidents and ensuring patient safety.
8. Data Management and Reporting:
o Oversee the documentation of patient care and ensure accurate reporting for billing and regulatory purposes.
o Analyze clinical data to improve care delivery and outcomes.
