Title: Senior Manager, FP&A

Location: San Diego - 3 Days Onsite

Salary:$155-175k + Bonus

Description:
A leading healthcare SaaS company is hiring a Senior FP&A Manager to serve as the strategic finance partner for one or more healthcare verticals. In this highly visible role, you'll act as the CFO of your business unit-working closely with product, strategy, and go-to-market leaders to drive growth, efficiency, and long-term planning.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Finance Leadership:
  • Act as the senior finance partner for assigned healthcare verticals, leading all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, P&L ownership, and executive reporting. Collaborate closely with vertical, product, GTM, and G&A leaders to align business and financial strategies, and deliver actionable insights to senior and C-suite leadership.

Metrics & Go-to-Market Support:
  • Drive analysis and improvement of core SaaS KPIs (e.g., Magic Number, CAC, LTV, MER, Bookings to Billings). Partner with revenue leaders to inform pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies that improve profitability and growth.

Product & Strategy Enablement:
  • Support roadmap development, monetization initiatives, and market expansion through advanced financial modeling and business case analysis. Influence capital allocation and long-term resource planning at the strategic level.

Reporting & Analytics:
  • Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews, develop cohort and retention analytics, and empower teams through self-service reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).

Infrastructure & Process Optimization:
  • Drive the evolution of financial systems, planning workflows, and analytics infrastructure. Build scalable forecasting models (Excel, Adaptive Insights) and prepare investor- and board-level performance reporting.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in FP&A, preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Expertise in financial modeling, analytics, and KPI tracking
  • Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Power BI; Adaptive Insights a plus
  • Strategic thinker with strong business partnering and communication skills
