OVERVIEW We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll apply your technical expertise to evaluate existing structures and develop practical, creative solutions for a variety of clients. Projects will span residential, commercial, and multi-family buildings and may involve repairs from fire, wind, flood, or impact damage, adaptive reuse of historic structures, and renovations to accommodate new uses or equipment. Opportunities may also arise for structural design on new commercial, retail, industrial, and hospitality developments. Senior Consultants are seasoned professionals working under minimal supervision with specialized knowledge who mentor junior team members, assign work and lead workstreams, assignments and portions of projects. They are skilled at assessing problems and deriving solutions for complex problems through the application of advanced analytical, technical and problem-solving skills. The Salary Range for this position is $104,100 - $156,100 and is dependent on education, experience, location and certifications/licensure.
