Description
The Cascades Hotels located at the Colony are seeking an energetic individual to fill the position of Campus Catering Sales Manager to solicit new accounts but also maintain and strengthens relationships with existing accounts. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Travel to meet with or call individual corporate clients by telephone to solicit annual, week day and weekend business. Minimum Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position Additional Requirements: Extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage etiquette, guest relations and service standards. Strong interpersonal skills to assess client needs, negotiate pricing and provide overall guest satisfaction. Effectively deal with internal and external guests. Excellent Communication Skills.
