Job Title: Agile Delivery Coach, Director

Salesforce is at the forefront of innovation, and as AI redefines how we build and deliver, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agile Coach to work with >50 software and hardware teams. You will be instrumental in driving agile transformation across all levels, from executive leadership to individual developers. This is more than a coaching role; it's an opportunity to be a catalyst in shaping the future of delivery at Salesforce, leveraging the power of AI to accelerate our capabilities.

Your Impact - Responsibilities:

  • Champion Agile and AI Transformation: Drive the adoption of AI-enabled workflows and Agile principles across software and hardware engineering teams. Facilitate understanding and implementation of new methodologies.

  • Coach Across All Levels: Provide tailored Agile coaching, mentoring, and training to executives, leaders, managers, and individual contributors within our technology department. Guide teams in optimizing planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

  • Optimize Delivery with AI: Work hands-on with teams to integrate AI tools and practices into the software and hardware development lifecycle, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, quality, and innovation.

  • Turn Data into Action: Leverage data-driven insights to monitor performance, proactively identify improvement opportunities, anticipate risks, and design AI initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.

  • Drive Outcomes and Build Partnerships: Align Agile practices with department and product goals, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and champion experimentation with new AI tools and methodologies.

  • Problem Solver & Change Agent: Act as a proactive problem-solver, not just an advisor. Formulate hypotheses and drive solutions through experimentation, leading by example in the adoption of new behaviors.

  • Critical Thinker: Analyze challenges from multiple angles, leveraging AI capabilities to uncover new insights. While adhering to core agile frameworks, be inventive and innovative, bringing fresh approaches to the table.

  • Bias for Action: Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and a methodical approach to identifying problems, understanding systems, and implementing high-quality, safe solutions. Take ownership and deliver measurable results.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or equivalent, preferably within a large technology organization with a mix of software and hardware engineering teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence individuals and teams at all levels, from executives to developers.

  • Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and a willingness to adapt and innovate beyond traditional methodologies.

  • Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI to optimize delivery processes and enhance team productivity.

  • A track record of driving measurable outcomes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach.

  • Ability to build strong partnerships with diverse functional stakeholders, including Product, TPM, UX, and Release Management teams.

  • Exceptional communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills. Large group facilitation experience, public speaking, and creation of professional content/publications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications e.g.: PSM, CSPO, PMP, SAFe RTE
