Works directly with UNCW faculty and Media Production filming and editing teaching videos for digital distribution. Utilizes professional equipment to edit video, motion graphics, sound, music and stills to create a story/program/promotion that captures pre-production concepts and requests. Oversees the quality and progress for all aspects of production.., Researches equipment and software upgrades, recognizes the compatibilities/incompatibilities of software(s) and hardware(s) and any additional training that may be involved. Mentors and provides guidance as necessary to staff and students.

High school diploma or equivalency and one year of experience related to the area of assignment in a broadcast television, radio and emerging media environment; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
