IT Service Desk AnalystApplications are now being accepted for the position of IT Service Desk Analyst in the IT Department. This is a ACHD offers an excellent benefit package with medical, vision and dental insurance, paid maternity/paternity Primary Responsibilities • Provide first-level support for desktop computers, laptops, cellular devices, printers, and conference room • Support and maintain conference room audio/visual systems, ensuring smooth operation for meetings • Respond to user inquiries and technical issues via the Service Desk ticketing system, ensuring timely • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism when assisting users, ensuring a positive support • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments, contributing to a supportive and • Assist with the administration of physical security systems, network infrastructure, servers, and cloudbased communication platforms as needed. Qualifications • Strong familiarity with Windows 11, Microsoft Office applications, and network folder storage in a business • Adobe, Autodesk, and Active Directory experience is a plus. • Experience working within an IT team using a ticketing system to manage and prioritize support requests. • Strong foundational knowledge of personal computers, software, networking, and troubleshooting • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, adapt to changing priorities, and take • Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. • A degree in Computer Information Science or a related field is preferred.
