About the Role

Epicor is executing a company-wide transformation to leverage emerging technologies that will enhance how we operate and scale. This strategic initiative requires sophisticated program management to ensure successful delivery and measurable business outcomes in a rapidly changing landscape. This role centers on internal operational transformation, particularly with emerging technologies, automation, and systems modernization.

We're scaling a multi-phase technology transformation program that spans all business functions and several emerging technologies, systems, structures. We need a Senior Program Manager to drive execution of this initiative-someone who can turn strategic direction into operational plans, coordinate and operationalize pilot programs, and ensure we achieve sustainable results.

Working closely with the VP of Strategic Programs, you'll serve as the operational driver of our internal transformation program, ensuring initiatives stay on track, cross-functional teams collaborate effectively, and we deliver measurable ROI from our technology investments.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support strategy and change management by bridging a matrixed org structure to unlock cross-functional momentum.
  • Maintain detailed program plans, track progress against milestones, and coordinate across multiple workstreams
  • Manage complex, interdependent activities including compliance, training, solution development, integration, change and performance measurement
  • Act as portfolio manager across the active re-calibration, AI-first, of a large surface area of processes
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of transformation initiatives from idea to proof of concept to pilot through adoption according to frameworks you will co-create
  • Maintain initiative pipeline health and coordinate resource allocation across multiple initiatives
  • Create executive-facing reports across your portfolio of initiatives
  • Coordinate between the Strategy and Transformation Office and business units to ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Implement and maintain dashboards tracking adoption metrics, ROI realization, and program health indicators
  • Prepare materials for executive governance including progress assessments, status reports, and recommendations
  • Monitor resource allocation efficiency and recommend optimizations to maximize program impact

What you'll likely bring:

  • 6-10 years of program/portfolio management experiencein complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Proven track recordof operationalizing strategic vision into measurable business outcomes
  • Deep experiencein digital transformation, technology-enabled change, or enterprise-scale process optimization
  • Strong analytical capabilitieswith demonstrated ability to design measurement frameworks and track ROI
  • Unbridled enthusiasm about solving problems, modernizing approaches, and shifting cultures to AI-first curiosity
  • Outstanding communication abilitiesincluding executive presentation skills and complex program reporting
  • Background in product management methods, including PoC to product roadmap, a Pareto-analysis mindset for prioritization, pilot validation methodologies, experimentation frameworks, and change management best practices
  • Experience in SaaS environments or transformation within high-growth tech companies
  • Familiarity with change management, intake management, workflow impact tracking and measurement

Range:

Minimum: $90,000 USD Maximum: $250,000 USD
