Associate, Program Operations

We are looking for an Associate, Program Operations to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Associate, Program Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' vehicles remain legally compliant and operational. The primary responsibility is to manage and process transactions related to vehicle title and registration, including initial registrations, state transfers, and lease assumptions. You will oversee a work queue that
identifies tasks and follow-ups required to complete registration processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

  • Monitoring and managing registration workflows and promptly responding to client needs.
  • Generating and analyzing reports for vehicle deployment and title change requests.
  • Coordinating with agents and vendors to maintain timelines and uphold service expectations.
  • Providing guidance to vendors on process standards and client requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and client expectations throughout the registration lifecycle.
  • Supporting document management tasks as needed to facilitate smooth operations

A Day in the Life

  • Transaction Validation and Documentation. Ensure all vehicle title transactions
    meet state-specific requirements by validating data and attaching necessary
    documents in the Title Quest system.
  • Case Management. Review, respond and effectively manage case queue in
    service cloud related to client T&R services.
  • Reporting. Reviewing reports to ensure that updated title information is reflected
    accurately and reporting defects or data quality issues to leadership.
  • Mailroom support. Completing the chain of custody for Titles, MSO's and other
    documents related to the Title and Registration process.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, external clients, and
    third-party agencies (e.g., tag agents, dealers) to ensure smooth title and
    registration processing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Process Management experience preferred
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or above is preferred
  • Above average Excel and Smartsheet skills are required
  • A demonstrated history of problem solving in complex operational experiences is required
  • Customer Service experience

Knowledge and Experience

  • MS Office - proficient in the following
    • Excel - ability to add data to cells, use functions, pivots, sort data
    • Word - ability to create documents
  • Smartsheet
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to focus on details
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced organization, able to shift to different priorities
  • Ability to work independently and function within a team environment
  • Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Critical thinking - ability to think through logical process flows and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to acquire/retain information related to different state requirements

The hiring base salary range for this position is $46,800 - $64,400 USD annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
