Description	IS4S is currently supporting PEO M&S Integrated Fires Mission Command Program Office supporting integration efforts for various near term fielding opportunities. IS4S desires to hire young, enthusiastic, professionals to aid in the integration and collaboration across multiple programs, project offices, the army, and multiple services.
Job Role(s)	IS4S is looking for a Entry to Journeyman level integrator who can support integration of Army Air Defense assets into a system of systems. The role is in an in person position requiring OCONUS travel approximately 25% of the time. Some travel may be multiple weeks at a time. Technical degree is nice but not required, however the ability to communicate technical information and interact with technical staff is required.
Required experience	Ability to conduct oneself professionally, confidently, independently, and with integrity in front of external customers spanning various echelons and levels of authority. Strong written and verbal skills. Ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. Ability to multitask. Ability to work within a small team. Ability to absorb large amounts of technical information and parse out key points. Familiarity with IBCS, Sir Defense systems, TTPs, DoD Systems Engineering and MBSE are all desired, but not required. An ability and openness to learn about them will be necessary.
