About the Role

Epicor is executing a company-wide transformation to change the way we work, build, and serve our customers-and we're looking for a powerhouse program manager to accelerate our progress. Our cross-functional transformation efforts are critical to our continued growth and competitive positioning, requiring sophisticated and strategic program management to ensure successful delivery.

We need a Senior Program Manager to drive cross-functional execution on these strategic initiatives, guide teams that are stalled or retrenching to outdated processes or thinking. You'll be responsible for guiding senior leaders on the ways they can operationalize strategic direction with smart plans, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and ensuring we achieve measurable outcomes. This role requires someone who can manage complexity, coach teams to excellence, influence across teams, and maintain rigor across multiple threads to deliver results.

Working closely with the VP of Strategy & Transformation, you'll work with executives to drive initiatives from idea to delivery, across our value creation portfolio, ensuring initiatives stay on track, dependencies are managed, and stakeholders are equipped to do their best work.

What you'll be doing:

  • Create guardrails and expectations that guide day-to-day execution of strategic initiatives so they cleave to established strategy and priorities
  • Maintain detailed program plans, track progress against milestones, and coordinate across multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery and helping teams build the muscles of rigor and analysis
  • Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and resource conflicts to leadership for resolution
  • Implement measurement frameworks to track both leading indicators (including implementation rates, milestones, process health) and lagging indicators (business impact)
  • Coach project teams and functional leads to improve execution effectiveness and delivery excellence
  • Facilitate working sessions, planning meetings, and cross-functional alignment discussions
  • Help teams establish clear success criteria, accountability structures, and communication rhythms
  • Initiate best practices community sharing (as part of the learning plan for value-creation change management)
  • Support the VP in managing stakeholder relationships and communication across the organization

What you'll likely bring:

  • 6-10 years leading complex, cross-functional business initiatives
  • Strong track recordof delivering results through effective program coordination and stakeholder management
  • Experience with performance measurementand familiarity with leading/lagging indicator frameworks
  • Proven coaching abilitieswith experience helping teams improve execution and delivery
  • Excellent analytical and communication skillsincluding ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences
  • Strong project management fundamentalswith experience managing timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation
  • Business-analyst-level facility with strategic insights, risk analysis, and plan course correction

What can set you apart:

  • Experience with transformation or strategic initiative programs in technology or high-growth companies
  • Background in business operations, strategy execution, business analysis, and / or organizational change management
  • Familiarity with financial metrics, ROI tracking, and business case validation
  • Experience working in fast-paced, results-oriented environments with multiple competing priorities
  • Knowledge of program management tools and methodologies

Range:

Minimum: $90,000 USD Maximum: $250,000 USD
