The Position Job TitleTreasury Management Sales Analyst I Job Description

SUMMARY

This position supports the Treasury Management team through reporting, analytics, and incentive compensation. It delivers insights into product performance, deposits, and pricing, while managing related systems and processes. Strong collaboration, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset are essential.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

  • Administer and manage Treasury Management Sales incentive compensation reporting and payouts.
  • Produce and deliver management reports focused on Treasury Management products, deposit performance, and account analysis on a recurring and ad-hoc basis, including daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting.
  • Produce impact reporting to evaluate the financial and strategic effects of pricing updates or rate changes across Treasury Management offerings.
  • Maintain reporting, pricing structures, and procedure documentation for existing Treasury Management products, and assist with setup during new product onboarding.
  • Design, build, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using MS SQL, SSRS, Snowflake, and Power BI for both ongoing business needs and ad-hoc requests.

  • Adhere to all First United policies and procedures
  • Complete required annual compliance training
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail/commercial banking or deposit operations, with an understanding of Treasury Management products and account analysis.

TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; adept at analyzing complex data, extracting insights, and applying logical, process-driven solutions
  • Creative thinker with experience building and maintaining large scale models
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Collaborative team player with proven leadership and communication skills
  • Able to troubleshoot applications and navigate technical issues.
  • High-level of professionalism with ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion
