Job Summary

Join our maintenance team as a General Trades Technician, responsible for general maintenance and repair across various areas, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. Responsibilities

• Conduct general maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment.
• Respond to service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Install, repair, and evaluate facility systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety practices.
• Operate plant equipment and manage maintenance tools and inventory.
• Available for on-call services as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Trade Certification a plus.
• 2-3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and insurance; EPA certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
