Title: Magnolia Office Assistant (Temporary Part-Time) Department: Magnolia Avenue Programs Closing Date: 09/05/25 Type of Appointment: Temporary Part-Time Pay Rate: $16.49 Work Hours: 20 hours per week Position Summary: The overall purpose of this job is to facilitate the efficient operation of the campus, providing support to the Campus Dean, Administrative Assistant, students, staff, faculty, and community members/leaders. Provide information and assistance pertaining to admissions, enrollment, and procedures. Serve as first contact for individuals, either by phone or in person. Serve as liaison between various departments of the college. Duties and Responsibilities: Administrative Support - serve as an office assistant to establish and maintain the daily routine of the campus administrative office. Provide support to facilitate office operations, to include answering phones, transferring calls, relaying messages, providing directions, giving tours, distributing mail, bookstore orders, and pantry orders. Assisting and coordinating student workers in the creation, execution, setup, and breakdown of events. Facilities Support - communicate as necessary with facilities and security personnel, and other departments to assure smooth daily operations.
