Position Summary

CAS is currently seeking a Customer Success Intern for Summer 2026. This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Our Summer Intern Program aims to foster a high level of engagement and learning for participants through in-depth immersion into our working environment with our professional teams. Participants will benefit from exposure to a variety of state-of-the-art software technologies and practices, while also expanding their professional network with CAS staff and fellow interns. These connections offer valuable insights into potential career opportunities. Internship will run May 18th, 2026 - August 7th, 2026.

Job Accountabilities:



  • Work closely with a Customer Success Manager in day-to-day activities supporting account management and client relationship development.
  • Assist in finding Leads within existing accounts.
  • Assist in coordinating client meetings, user training, and product awareness campaigns.
  • Provide support to develop lead list at New Logo target accounts.
  • Become proficient in Salesforce to help team members with reporting and related CRM activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • Undergraduate major in a science-related field, business, communications, or other related disciplines.
  • A technical aptitude with excellent interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and written/verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience leveraging LinkedIn and other prospecting tools is a plus
  • Experience with virtual selling tools such as Teams, WebEx, and other comparable video conference platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to learn from data
