The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:

We are looking for an Independent Manufacturer's Representative (IMR) Manager who can help us achieve our goal of driving exponential growth over the next several years. You will contribute to our success by specifying and implementing effective sales and business initiatives in line with the global strategy. You will be responsible for leading sales efforts with our IMRs by identifying and growing with targeted key end-users, distributors, and/or buying groups; as well as by aligning existing channel partners to our activities.

In this role, you will report directly to the VP Sales Operations, setting the stage for your career to soar! This role is your gateway to opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow within the organization in 3-5 years as you make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals.

What You'll Do at Justrite:



  • Lead and manage a team of manufacturer's representatives:This includes setting performance goals, providing coaching and training, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales environment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies:Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create effective sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the agency's represented product lines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency Principals:Serve as the primary point of contact for agency leadership (Principals), ensuring clear communication, alignment on sales goals, and effective collaboration.
  • Cultivate and expand client relationships:Guide the agency sales teams in identifying client needs, demonstrating how our products meet those needs, and providing product information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity:Continuously monitor the market to identify emerging opportunities and challenges and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Track and analyze sales performance:Utilize CRM (Salesforce) and other data to monitor progress against goals, identify areas for improvement, and generate insightful reports.
  • Handle administrative duties:Oversee commission tracking, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.


Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:



  • Proven track record of success in sales and sales management:Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and lead a successful sales team, 3+ years of successful experience in selling to end-users and/or channel partners with strong organizational and management skills.


  • Leadership and coaching abilities:Demonstrated ability to motivate, guide, and develop a sales team - proficient in using CRM to manage a sales team.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including agencies, customers, and team members.


  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills:Ability to identify challenges, develop effective solutions, and negotiate favorable terms.


  • Organizational and time management skills:Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and utilize tools and systems effectively.


  • Adaptability and resilience:Willingness to adjust to changing market conditions, navigate challenges in the market, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging sales environment.
  • Willingness to travel:Meeting with clients and attending industry events may require travel between 20% and 50%.


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:



  • Experience in managing IMR agency representatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.


Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
