Position Title: Instructor of ESLCompensation: 9,500 - 11,000Department: International Programs - TempStart Date: 08/19/2025About this opportunity: The Intensive English Institute (IEI) has semesterly instructor positions available. Primary responsibilities include teaching a variety of skills-based courses in the Intensive English Institute (reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, etc.), and supporting the IEI's CEA reaccreditation process.Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship What you'll do and what you'll bring: Duties and Responsibilities: Teach a variety of skills-based courses in the Intensive English Institute (reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, etc.); hold office hours; participate in professional development meetings; attend cohort and faculty meetings; collaborate with the administrative team and IEI colleagues to participate in curriculum review and development to ensure alignment with CEA standards and student learning outcomes. Assist in preparing documentation required for the CEA self-study and reaccreditation report, including course syllabi, assessment tools, faculty credentials, and program policies. Collect and analyze data on student achievement, course evaluations, and program effectiveness to support evidence-based reporting. Minimum Qualifications:
