Voith Paper is hiring for: Manufacturing Intern Summary: We are seeking a Manufacturing Intern to lead continuous improvement activities in the production of thermoplastic monofilaments used in Paper Machine Clothing (PMC) applications. The intern will be tasked with providing problem-solving expertise to enhance product quality and performance. During the internship, the candidate will be assigned a project that is expected to be completed within the tenure of the internship or co-op assignment. This role includes the opportunity to work closely with a mentor from the Operations team. The ideal candidate should be an undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field. The applicant must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, exhibit excellent problem-solving and data analysis abilities, and demonstrate creativity and self-motivation. The ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment is also essential for this position. Responsibilities:
