We're looking for detail-oriented, dependable Inspector Packers to help us power up our new paper plate manufacturing facility in Leola, PA. As an Inspector Packer, you'll be on the front lines of quality-ensuring that every product meets the high standards our customers expect. Inspect finished products and verify package counts Tape boxes and manually transfer product to stacking area Assemble flat cardboard into box shape for shipping products Perform quality checks at scheduled intervals Start and stop machinery according to standard operating procedures What you'll need... Ability to meet safety and quality standards Ability to observe, follow, understand, and evaluate processes demonstrated and other workplace procedures Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues Six (6) months experience with inspecting, packaging or performing quality checks, preferred Work Schedule & Travel: Initial schedule will beMonday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Will transition to24/7 operations later this year; flexibility required. Travel is required (up to 50%) for the first several months/throughout 2025-2026.Travel will be for onboarding, training, ongoing operational excellence and other purposes. Travel will, for the most part, take place Monday - Friday, but some weekend travel may be required.
