We can hire at level I or II - Apply today Help us build something extraordinary! Level I Ideal for entry-level candidates with basic inspection experience or relevant coursework. You'll perform routine inspections and tests on finished products and raw materials to ensure they meet company standards. What you'll do... Perform routine inspections and tests Record results and assist in audits Support corrective actions and maintain documentation What you'll need... 6 months of inspection experience and performing quality checks Or 12 credit hours in quality technology or related concentration from an accredited school Level II Ideal for experienced candidates with deeper knowledge of quality systems and data analysis. Technician II builds on the Technician I role with added responsibilities in data analysis, trend recognition, and problem-solving. What you'll do... Conduct inspections and advanced testing Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend solutions Perform root cause analysis and support audits What you'll need... 1 year of inspection experience and performing quality checks Or high school diploma + 12 credit hours in quality technology or related from an accredited school Understanding in SPC, root cause analysis, and ERP systems (SAP preferred) Both Level: Strong visual acuity and computer skills Math skills to include simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Ability to use computer to record results and create reports Commitment to safety and GMP Ability to work in a manufacturing environment SAP or Quality Management System experience preferred Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays What we offer...
