Job Summary:

Revance is seeking a Procurement Associateto support our procurement team in managing the purchasing process. This role involves evaluating suppliers, negotiating prices, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. You will also assist in market trend analysis and help drive continuous improvements in procurement procedures.

Reporting to: Associate Director, Supply Chain Planning
Location: Johnson City, TN, Nashville, TN, or Remote

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:



  • Purchasing & Supplier Management: Perform purchasing tasks; assist in identifying and evaluating suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Perform periodic checks to ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation for auditing purposes.
  • Cost & Market Analysis: Perform periodic checks and analysis to verify purchase pricing, supply chain changes to ensure cost-saving benefits actualized.
  • Process Improvement: Work with the associate director, supply planning and procurement team to identify and implement improvements in the procurement process.
  • System Management: Manage procurement workflows in reporting systems to track open orders and requisitions efficiently.
  • Master Data Management: Maintain supplier-related product master record, supplier contact information, purchase product specification and pricing.



Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to work Pacific Time hours.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics (internships are a plus).
  • Basic data analysis, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with procurement systems.
