The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:

The Sales Operations Analyst is a detail-oriented and analytical individual who supports our sales team with insights, processes, and tools to drive productivity and efficiency. This role is critical in analyzing sales data, streamlining operations, and ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies. The Sales Operations Analyst is viewed as the technical expert for sales operations functions and must have superior decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and a passion for optimizing sales processes and performance are essential.

In this role, you will report directly to the VP Sales Operations, setting the stage for your career to soar! This role is your gateway to opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow within the organization in 3-5 years as you make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals.

As a member of our Sales team, you'll have the opportunity to work with leading distributors and top brands in the industry, driving sales efforts that make a real impact. What You'll Do at Justrite:



  • Data Analysis and Insights:Analyze sales performance data and trends to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Provide actionable insights to the sales team and leaders through the derivation and translation of data by person, customer, and territory as needed.


  • Sales Process Optimization:Maintain and optimize sales processes and data integrity, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Understand Point of Sale, CRM (Salesforce), and Power BI related platforms to support ongoing analysis.


  • KPI Development and Reporting:Develop, track, and report on key sales KPIs and dashboards for sales leadership.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, customer success) to align on forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline health. Emphasize the importance of working with various departments to ensure cohesive strategies and effective execution.


  • CRM Administration:Support CRM administration (e.g., Salesforce) including data cleanliness, user support, and system improvements.


  • Sales Planning Support:Assist in sales planning activities such as quota setting, territory alignment, and compensation modeling. Support the design of sales incentive plans through data analysis and trends analysis.


  • Ad Hoc Analysis and Reporting:Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting for sales leadership, including reports on marketing campaign and sales performance with reporting and dashboards.


  • Process Improvement:Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. Highlight the need for strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively address issues.


  • Sales Tools and Technology:Participate in the selection, implementation, and optimization of sales tools and technology. Ensure proficiency in data analysis tools like Tableau and Power BI, as well as CRM systems like Salesforce.


  • Market Data Utilization:Leverage databases and market data to identify and target sales opportunities as needed.
  • Onboarding and Training:Assist with onboarding and training new sales talent.


Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:



  • Bachelor's degree is preferred in finance, economics, or business administration, or relevant work experience in a data-driven environment.


  • Minimum 3-4 years of proven success in sales operations analysis or finance.


  • Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis and visualization tools (such as Tableau and Power BI), and CRM systems such as Salesforce.


  • Good sales process knowledge and a history of successful installation of sales processes.


  • Experience working with a metrics-based sales organization.


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:



  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of staff, customers, and partners.
  • Strong written and presentation skills; proficient in Microsoft Office products.


Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
