Description
Stellar Industrial Supply is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Site Support specialist to support our integrated supply customer, Janicki Industries, at their facility in Hamilton, WA. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional on-site service, managing inventory systems, and ensuring our customer receives the highest level of support. You'll be joining a small team of other customer focused representatives as a go-to resource at the customer's facility - handling everything from replenishing vending machines and processing orders to troubleshooting issues, filling carts, and ensuring inventory accuracy. This position requires front-line analysis and resolution where appropriate, calling on and utilizing all available Stellar resources as needed. Janicki Industries is an engineering and manufacturing company that specializes in designing and manufacturing high precision prototypes, tools, and production parts. This is not your typical office setting. We are embedded within their facilities in Sedro-Woolley and Hamilton, WA and Hwy 20, with time spent potentially at all three locations throughout the day. May need transportation to and from each facility. You will have daily interaction with the customer, completing quotes and orders, processing inventory, filling vending machines, and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding on-site customer service and act as the first point of contact for product, delivery, and order inquiries.
Process orders and quotes accurately using our ERP system (Prophet 21).
Maintain and stock inventory in vending machines and designated storage areas.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure min/max requirements and safety stock are met.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Specialists, Customer Experience) to meet customer expectations and resolve any service issues.
Utilize and troubleshoot automated systems such as vending machines and wireless warehouse tools (e.g., Arcturus).
Expedite open quotes and orders with urgency and precision.
Maintain accurate records and follow all customer site-specific guidelines and safety protocols.
Support multiple customer facilities in the Hamilton/Sedro-Woolley area as needed (must have own transportation).
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2-3 years of customer service, inventory, or warehouse experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.
Ability to commute between multiple customer sites in the Albion area (mileage may apply).
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Strong communication skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
Comfortable learning and using ERP and inventory systems (experience with Prophet 21 and/or Arcturus a plus).
Able to lift 25 lbs consistently and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
Ability to stand, walk, reach overhead, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Light to moderate physical activity with frequent standing and handling of inventory.
Safe and predictable working conditions with marginal to moderate hazards.
Must adhere to all site-specific safety and emergency procedures.
