About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dealer Success Manager
/ Program Manager to join our Business Systems Transformation team. This pivotal role will be at the forefront of a major strategic initiative: migrating our dealer network and their customer base from legacy business systems to our next-generation subscription platform.

As the Dealer Success Manager / Program Manager for Data Migration, you will be the central orchestrator and primary point of contact for our dealers, guiding them through every step of the migration and adoption process. You will bridge the gap between our technical teams and our dealer partners, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and successful transition that enables our dealers to coordinate the transition with their customers and make this a seamless transition.

What You Will Do

  • Dealer Partnership & Engagement:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all dealer questions and concerns regarding data migration and lead the adoption of the next-generation subscription system.

    • Work directly with dealers to support their data migration efforts, from initial planning over migration to final adoption.

    • Provide dedicated, hands-on support ("handholding") to dealers as they approach their customers in preparation for the migration, ensuring they are trained and informed and have confidence in the process.

  • Program Coordination & Management:

    • Coordinate a wide range of pre-migration activities with dealers, including customer communication planning, renewal date alignment, customer account data clean up

    • Develop and manage adoption plans for the regional rollout and adoption of the next-generation subscription system and migrating the customer base.

    • Plan and oversee the engagement strategy for end-customers in partnership with our dealers to ensure a seamless transition.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership:

    • Act as the key interface between our internal technical teams, data engineers, channel sales managers, and our dealer network during the migration process.

    • Translate system requirements and activities into clear, actionable steps for non-technical stakeholders, particularly dealers and sales teams.

    • Champion the needs of our dealers within the project team to drive improvements in the migration process and tooling.

  • Strategic Rollout & Adoption:

    • Lead the planning and execution of the regional rollout strategy, ensuring a structured and scalable approach to system adoption.

    • Support dealers in successfully migrating their customer base into the new system, driving high adoption rates and user satisfaction.

    • Track and report on key migration milestones, risks, and success metrics to senior leadership.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or enterprise software environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex data migration, system implementation, or software rollout projects.
  • Experience working directly with external partners, clients, or a dealer/channel network is highly desirable.

  • Problem Solver: You are a proactive and resourceful individual who can navigate ambiguity and drive solutions to complex challenges.
  • Technical Acumen: While not a data engineer, you are comfortable discussing technical topics related to data structures, APIs, and system integrations

What Skills & Experience You Could Bring

  • Experience with subscription-based business models or billing systems.
  • PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications.
  • Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP, or other business systems.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

$92,750.00-$122,960.00
