Staffmark is seeking a Finance Manager with strong accounts payable experience to join our client's team.
This key role oversees the AP process, ensures accuracy, and leads a team to maintain efficient, compliant operations. If you enjoy driving financial accuracy and process improvements, this opportunity is for you!

Pay: $34.00 - $38.40/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:



  • Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor reconciliations
  • Ensure timely, accurate payments and maintain vendor relationships
  • Supervise and mentor the AP team
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Support month-end and year-end closings and provide reporting to leadership



Qualifications:



  • 3-5 years of finance management experience with accounts payable focus
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes
  • Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
